Catering Manager
Conditions:
Operating schedule 5/2 from 10:00 to 19:00
Hiring in accordance with Labor Code of Ukraine
Probation period 3 months
Salary from $4000 + % from receipts
Responsibilities:
The completion of restaurant conception, the compliance with brand’s trade mark in all restaurants of the company.
The provision of interaction of all the structures for the efficient work of trusted restaurants, the increase of commodity turnover, expenses optimization, the execution of established standards and network development.
Responsibility for the compliance with all the organizational and workmanship instructions, orders, rules of procedure and conditions, accepted in the company. Introduction of all instructions, standards and regulations in opening restaurants.
The direct participation in planning and approval of business processes.
To perform certain projects from the Director General in terms of business needs and development of the company.
Control and responsibility for the availability of all necessary enabling documentation in restaurants.
Knowledge of juridical and legal bases of restaurant functioning, of governmental and supervisory bodies interaction order.
Planning and protection in front of founder and Director General of income and expense budget. Implementation and protection of income and expense budget fact. Control and responsibility for income and expense budget. To make business-plan on the restaurant network development.
Harmonization and approval of new restaurants and other business-processes by income and expense budget.
Communication and contact with first parties of the client.
Negotiations and innovations in services.
Requirements:
Work experience in restaurant business in network companies not less then 5 years.
Higher education: legal or financial preferably
English – fluent
Knowledge of R-keeper; СторХаус
Experience in restaurant opening from the ground up.
Presentable appearance
