Company Profile Company group is a successful Swiss production company with processing sites in Switzerland, Italy, Hungary, Poland and Romania. Groupwide we employ over 400 employees.
We process fresh salads and vegetables into convenience salads for different customers from retail and gastronomy (such as McDonald's). For our production site to be founded in 2012 in Ukraine (Trebukhiv, near Kiev) we are looking for a:
Your tasks include:
- Coordination of the preparatory work for the production start (construction, regulatory approvals) on the site Trebukhiv;
- Building and leading of the management team;
- Creating an appropriate organizational and management structure according to the company group standards;
- Building-up and managing of staff (approx. 25-35 employees in 2010);
- Acquisitions, being active in customer -orientation and –care in both areas gastronomy and retail;
- Build up and coordinate of raw materials supplier list;
- Set up of annual turn-over, cost and investment budgets and their implementation according to the requirements of the company group;
- Controlling and optimizing the entire business with support of the area specialists of the company group.
Your profile:
- University Degree in Agronomy or Food industry;
- At least five years experience in sales, marketing and/or horticulture, vegetable-trade and/or in food industry;
- Management experience;
- Initiative, dynamic but disciplined, communicative, result-focused, positive and team ready personality;
- Quality and customer-oriented working operation, structured and methodical approach;
- Excellent English skills; German skills of advantage;
- Good general IT-knowledge, willing to learn the functions of the ERP system.
