Service cost in Russia is: from 33% to 70% depending on the difficulty of the position;
in Ukraine: from 33% of annual salary of the candidate at top-position and 25% of annual salary of the candidate for the specialists of medium range.

The process of payment is made in three steps:
1 step: advance payment of 30% of the cost of the service at the moment of contract signing.
2 step: advance payment of 30% of the service cost at the moment of candidate employment decision making.
3 step: final payment of 40% at the moment of candidates starting work.

The terms of candidate’s research:
Up to 1 month in Ukraine; from 1 to 3 months in Russia, using the resource of international research.

Guarantees:
For all projects of personnel selection A.C.A. Worldwide gives the guarantees up to one year. It means that in case if the candidate selected by our company is given a sack during the guarantee term we make an only free of charge substitution of the candidate. Such guarantee also works if the candidate leaves his position during this period.
