The A.C.A. Worldwide Company sponsored this educational project consists primarily in providing foreign nationals with a unique opportunity to obtain higher education in Ukraine and reversely, the emphasis being laid on providing the exclusive educational services for the most demanding clientele.

Project Objective:

Providing a wide range of educational services abroad for Ukrainian nationals and similarly for non-residents in Ukraine (including a chance to obtain a higher and post-graduate education).

Why It Is Unique:

The project is aimed at accomplishing the specific tasks in the sphere of education. It envisages

• establishing ties with various international associations and organizations (including judicial and physical entities);
• fostering long-lasting and mutually beneficial partner/client relations within the framework of the present project and the company as a whole;
• enabling a client to complete all stages from receiving information to obtaining education;
• the Project can be adopted to all locations’ conditions;
• aimed to the education as an integral system.

In Ukraine it has always been considered prestigious to have a degree from a Western university. Due to the efforts of numerous state and privately owned companies operating in our country the number of Ukrainian students graduating from European and American universities is constantly growing. Except getting a prestigious specialty Ukrainians, as well as foreigners studying in Ukraine, enjoy an opportunity to immerse themselves into a different environment and become acquainted with the virtues of western civilization. Thus, the present circumstances are favourable for establishing the close business contacts.

The latest statistic data released by URAA (The Ukrainian Recruiting Agencies Association ) indicate that precisely this kind of specialist (i.e. having a degree from a prestigious western university) is actively sought for by the potential employers in Ukraine. The main reason for that - a well-trained specialist is always in high demand both in his own country and abroad.

The rapid democratic changes taking place in Ukraine at the last time and expectations pinned on them in our society have given a great impetus to all spheres of activities. In this contest, it is worth to emphasize on the priorities for the development in the fields of politics, economics, business and culture proclaimed recently at the highest level presuppose Ukraine’s active involvement in international institutions. This in turn means opening a wide access to equal and mutually beneficial cooperation with the Western elite.

The present project’s task lies not only in bridging the existing gaps by searching for prospective partners but also in building up the stable foundation for the process of investigation, accumulation, analysis, new multi-level approaches in order to providing education on a world educational market.

The program provides for establishing contacts with the corresponding departments at the Ministry of Education of Ukraine with the purpose of obtaining required information that might have a direct bearing on the project (information supplied by the Ukrainian and foreign institutions of higher learning, companies and representative offices etc., necessary to sign agreements on cooperation). As well as launching the traditional programmes designed to assist individuals in obtaining a secondary, higher and post-graduate education the project also envisages launching new programmes, targeting primarily foreign and Ukrainian nationals. The project is open for all educational institutions (Ukrainian and foreign) and agencies interested in its successful accomplishment. The company is particularly concerned with such partners who have had a similarly functioning system designed for foreigners.
The Project launch may serve as a starting point for dealing with numerous challenges that will face education in the future.
