Job Summery:
The Personnel Administration Manager manages controls and coordinates the personnel administration in a comprehensive way including all payroll accounting tasks. He conducts and supervises all payroll accounting processes and supports the HR manager in all personnel administration matters.
Job Responsibilities & Tasks:
To prepare/analyze personnel management indices/statistics To deal with all inquiries from health insurance funds, governmental offices, managers and employees on personnel administration matters and Ukrainian labour law regulations To be responsible for ensuring that existing laws and regulations within the area of labor legislation are adhered. To implement KPI´s to check personnel administration processes To be responsible for effective accurate payroll and personnel systems, HR payroll and personnel administration procedures, processes and systems in FC and Stores To organize and coordinate work with health insurance company To organize and coordinate work with health insurance company To organize and coordinate work of HR specialists at Stores on matters of personnel administration, and HR payroll processes and procedures To coordinate work of personnel administration specialist
Skill & Knowledge Requirements:
Fluent Ukrainian/Russian language knowledge English language knowledge is a plus To work result oriented, to identify lacks or needs and to implement resultant measures To assure high standards and professionalism To have good analytical skills To have good communication skills To act as a role model (customer contact, team climate based on respect and acceptance)
