Experience Requirements: At least 3 years of work experience in HR department preferably in an international company (experience in the retail industry will be a plus)


Job Summery:


The Personnel Administration Manager manages controls and coordinates the personnel administration in a comprehensive way including all payroll accounting tasks. He conducts and supervises all payroll accounting processes and supports the HR manager in all personnel administration matters.

Job Responsibilities & Tasks:

 To prepare/analyze personnel management indices/statistics
 To deal with all inquiries from health insurance funds, governmental offices, managers and employees on personnel administration matters and Ukrainian labour law regulations
 To be responsible for ensuring that existing laws and regulations within the area of labor legislation are adhered.
 To implement KPI´s to check personnel administration processes
 To be responsible for effective accurate payroll and personnel systems, HR payroll and personnel administration procedures, processes and systems in FC and Stores
 To organize and coordinate work with health insurance company
 To organize and coordinate work with health insurance company
 To organize and coordinate work of HR specialists at Stores on matters of personnel administration, and HR payroll processes and procedures
 To coordinate work of personnel administration specialist

Skill & Knowledge Requirements:

 Fluent Ukrainian/Russian language knowledge
 English language knowledge is a plus
 To work result oriented, to identify lacks or needs and to implement resultant measures
 To assure high standards and professionalism
 To have good analytical skills
 To have good communication skills
 To act as a role model (customer contact, team climate based on respect and acceptance)
