Experience Requirements: At least 2 years of work experience as controller or assistant controller preferably in logistics or retail.
Education Requirements: Higher education: University/MBA degree in Logistics/Mathematics or Economics.

Job Summary :

The supply chain controller defines together with the SCM a set of supply chain KPI's, supports on the implementation process of measuring the KPI's and develops management reporting for all layers of the organisation based on the measured KPI's. The supply chain controller provides the organisation with ad hoc analysis on request.

 Responsibilities & Tasks :

• To define with the SCM and relevant other departments  the supply chain KPI's and develop a reporting system for them, execute the reporting and make regular analysis.
• Advice on improvements. Do ad hoc analysis on request.
• Support other departments in using the reporting and perform trainings to ensure proper understanding of the supply chain KPI reporting
• Assist in setting up systems and procedures to ensure the measurement of supply chain KPI's
• Perform quality control on the measured supply chain KPI's and advice on how to improve the quality of the data.
• Help to build up System Centre UKR
• Support Supply Chain Manager UKR in establishing necessary structures and resources

Skill & Knowledge Requirements

• Fluent Ukrainian/Russian language knowledge
• Fluent English language knowledge
• German language knowledge is a plus
• Highly developed analytical skills, ability to grab the essence of very complex situations and data
• Good communication skills
• Advanced computer skills (MS office + reporting tools, SQL tools, data warehouses)
• Ability to set up a comprehensive reporting system
• End products/results orientation
• Understanding of Supply Chain Management, Retail and Logistic processes are a plus
