Personal Assistant, Recruiter

ACA Worldwide, a recruiting company, opens vacancy of Personal Assistant, Recruiter.
Duties of Personal Assistant:
- Organization of CEO’s work
- Business meetings, event organization
- Business trips organization, order of tickets, restaurants, hotel reservation
- Business correspondence in English
- Oral and written translations
- Maintenance of office activity
Duties of Recruiter:
- Drawing up of announcements about opened vacancies;
- Placement of vacancies, searching of candidates in Internet;
- Conduction of primary interviews;
- Interviewing candidates;
- Inform Clients about company’s services;
- Maintain database and reporting;
- Search and selection of top personnel and middle management (Directors, Managers, Accountants etc.)
- Form applications of search and selection of personnel;
- Negotiations with Clients;
- Presentation of selected candidates to Clients;
- Executive (direct) search of candidates.
Requirements:
- Analytical thinking, marketing skills
- Knowledge of English – at least advanced level
- Complete higher education
- Good Internet surfer
- Well-bred speech, literate writing (both Russian and Ukrainian)
