International lawyer
Location: Kiev, Ukraine
Company Profile: Financial holding company, which exercise security trading (including dealer and broker activity, securities management activity and underwriting), manages the range of financial organizations, has opened a new position — International Lawyer.
Responsibilities:
Development, support and legal expertise of international agreements
Negotiations with foreign clients and contractors
Legal support of transactions
Legal cases support in authoritative bodies and international arbitral jurisdictions
Monitoring and analysis of Ukrainian foreign legislation changes
The support of the companies with the participation of foreign stockholders — juridical persons.
Requirements:
Sex: Man
Age: 27–40 years
Education: Higher legal (preferably with “international law” specialization)
Work experience as a lawyer in juridical companies and others from 3 years, including experience of representation on London Chamber of International Arbitration.
English — fluent
High level of professionalism, mobility, flexibility, stress resistance.
