Research Associate / Executive Search and Management Selection Departments
Location: Kiev,Ukraine /Italy, Germany, UK
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify prospective candidates quickly and with high industry/function coverage, which includes, among others:
- using Internet, networking and other tools to identify candidates;
- assessing candidates’ competencies against position requirements through phone and personal interviews;
- collecting references and writing reports;
- Develop professional expertise and accumulate knowledge in a particular industry / function;
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Professional Background and Experience:
- Higher education;
- 1-4 years of experience in recruitment business, on in-house HR positions or in one of the following industries: FMCG/retail, banking and finance, logistics and transport, heavy industry, real estate and development;
Key Competencies:
- Demonstrated erudition in general aspects of economics and business;
- Excellent ability to quickly acquire knowledge and information;
- Working capacity and readiness to work long hours; o Fluent English.
